General Laborer

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM or...
• 2nd Shift: 3PM - 1AM

Pay Rate:

• $16.63 - $16.93 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support window assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling windows and related components using materials such as glass aluminum vinyl and hardware to produce high-quality finished products.

The ideal candidate is reliable detail-oriented and committed to maintaining safety quality and production standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble windows and related components according to production specifications
• Work with materials including glass aluminum vinyl and hardware
• Follow assembly instructions to ensure product accuracy and quality
• Maintain production pace to meet daily production schedules and goals
• Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards
• Handle materials carefully and safely throughout the assembly process
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist with additional production and general labor tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle various materials
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
