Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. This role involves various tasks that support the production process ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations.
Duties
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Assemble components on the assembly line ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Fabricate parts as needed following specifications and blueprints.
- Assist in warehouse operations including inventory management and material handling.
- Sandblasting and grinding of metal parts
- Support manufacturing facility activities by maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Operate forklifts when necessary to transport materials within the factory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools power tools and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed.
- Valid Drivers license and clean driving history
