About the Job:
NECIC Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a second-shift manufacturing opportunity with a local metal stamping company in the Mansfield area. This position offers steady hours overtime opportunities and the chance to join a growing production team.

What You Will Do:
Operate press equipment safely and efficiently
Perform assembly and finishing work on manufactured products
Assist with E-coat processes as needed
Operate robotic welding equipment
Perform repair welding when required
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow production schedules and work efficiently to meet daily goals
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures

What You Need:
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand walk bend reach lift and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to follow all workplace safety procedures
Must pass a background check. A clear background is required.
