Working for our team you can truly make a difference. The Sheeter Backman is responsible for producing neat and accurate sheets to be used on the Lithographic Press. The sheeter will ensure proper size and quality of sheets produced. A person in this role with exceptional performance will have the opportunity over time to learn new duties and move to working on the press. Mount and web rolls of paper adjust web guide and roll stand width to position rolls in system any special attention items with products being passed down the line. Check quality of sheets to ensure they are wrinkle free correct size and integrity of material is intactResponsible for housekeeping and cleanliness of work area/production zone. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GED Any experience in printing or manufacturing is a plus butnotrequired. The physical demands require standing using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionallyemployee isrequiredto climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularlylift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements areclose vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depthperceptionand ability to adjust focus.
