• Position: Hybrid - Garage Porter and Lot Attendant
  
• Location: City Centre Garage Las Vegas NV
• Schedule: Full Time : PORTER Sunday 5a-1:30p and Monday 5a-9a
  • LOT ATTENDANT: Tu-Th 9:30a-6p as a Lot Attendant
  • Fri and Sat OFF!
• Hourly: $15.84 as a Lot Attendant and $19 as a Porter (will be working both roles)
• Requirements: Drivers license isrequired minimum of 2 years

The Spirit of the Position:

The Garage Porter/Lot Attendantis responsible for ensuring garages and surface lots are maintained and cleanedon a daily basis. Interface with customers handle disputes provide effectivecommunication between departments co-workers customers and clients.

Principal Job Duties:

• Ensure garages and surfacelots are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis.
• Responsible for generalmaintenance of the garage and surface lots sweeping wiping down surfaces andequipment emptying trash picking up trash changing light bulbs paintingetc.
• Assist with snow removaland management of winter upkeep (managing sidewalks and garages).
• Responsible for ensuringall daily duties on maintenance checklist are completed efficiently and timely.
• Greet customers using namebe responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution anddisplay a caring attitude develop a rapport with the customer base.
• Provide vehicle assistanceto customers in garages and surface lots.
• Assist customers as neededin lobbies lanes and in the parking office.
• Promote good customerrelations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with afriendly demeanor can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times.
• Perform cashiering dutiesafter the morning cashier is off shift.
• Perform other duties asassigned.
• Monitor supplies; inform managementof shortages in supplies.
• Maintain clean and safeenvironment in the storage area.
• Report to MOD on a dailybasis.

Education:

High school diploma or GEDpreferred but not required.

Experience:

• Experience with generalfacility maintenance required.
• Experience with cashhandling required.
• Experience in customerrelations.
• Parking industry experienceis preferred but not required.
• Valid Drivers LicenseRequired

Skills:

• Ability to communicateprofessionally and effectively.
• Willingness to be flexiblework multiple facility locations.
• Ability to handlechallenging and at times emotionally charged situations.
• Must be able to workunsupervised.
• Ability to speak read andcomprehend the English language.
• Must be able to makedecisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift squeezereach push and pull at least 30 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand walk andrun for extended periods of time.
• Ability bend stoop kneelsquat and lift objects frequently throughout entire shift.
• Ability to work inelements-heat wind snow rain etc.
• Ability to apply pressureto an object with the fingers and palm frequently.
• Ability to perform allfunctions that require repetitive motions using hands wrist arms kneesand/or legs.
• Ability to express orexchange information instructions ideas etc. by means of the spoken word.
• Ability to receive detailedinformation through oral communication and to make the discrimination in sound.
