Role: Functional Safety Engineer
Location: Dallas TX
Job Description:
- Scope: Functional Safety Engineer (ISO26262):
- Perform Safety Analysis per ISO26262 on Motor Drivers Semiconductor ICs
- Translate Safety Goals to TSR HSR and safety mechanism.
- Establish Safety assumptions and requirements
- Own qualitative and quantitative analysis including FMA FMEA DFA FMEDA etc
- Own all Functional Safety work products as a Functional Safety Engineer per TI process
- Work with Functional Safety Assessor to get all work products assessed and approved.
- Experience:
- 5 years experience in working on analog / power management ICs
- 5 years of Hands-on experience on ISO26262 compliant products
- TI experience preferred but not required
