Full-time Warranty Administrator

Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Full-time Warranty Administrator to join our team in Frankfort this role you will manage warranty claims and ensure timely processing and reimbursement. You will serve as a vital link between our service department customers and manufacturers to maintain smooth operations and uphold our commitment to quality service.

• Review and process warranty claims accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with manufacturers and service technicians to resolve warranty issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and correspondence.
• Assist in inventory management of warranty parts and supplies.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure proper billing and reimbursement.
• Support service department staff with warranty-related inquiries and documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in warranty administration or automotive service is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
