As the face of our dealership youll be more than just the person answering phones. Youll be the welcoming smile that sets the tone for every customer visit and helps deliver the premium experience our guests expect from Cadillac.

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What Youll Do

• Welcome customers and guests with professionalism warmth and enthusiasm
• Create a positive first impression that reflects the luxury Cadillac brand
• Manage a busy multi-line phone system and direct calls efficiently
• Assist customers in locating the appropriate department or team member
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Help maintain a polished organized and inviting showroom environment
• Handle customer concerns with patience professionalism and integrity
• Support various administrative and customer service functions as needed

What Were Looking For

• Experience using a multi-line phone system is required
• A genuinely friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and modern technology
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable punctual and dependable
• Previous receptionist hospitality retail or customer service experience is a required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
