SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- No Evenings
- No Holidays
- No On-Call
- Occasional Saturdays w/ Flex Time Off
COMPENSATION:
- $140000 to $170000 Base Salary negotiable dependent upon experience

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new optometrist will work in a collaborative dynamic environment with an integrated multi-disciplinary care team.
Providers are supported by highly-trained clinical assistants and on-site management in a comfortable modern outpatient setting.
Specific duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- provide complete comprehensive eye exams for patients
- diagnose and treat conditions of the eye
- provide coordination of care services as needed
- deliver preventative and healthcare maintenance to patients
- work collaboratively with other providers
Providers see a variable (and always manageable) number of patients per day based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled.
The office uses the AthenaHealth EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- active OD credentials
- New York optometrist license
- 1 year practice experience
- contact lens fitting experience
