Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing and mobility
Provide compassionate and high-quality care under nursing staff supervision
Ensure resident safety comfort and dignity at all times
Communicate effectively with residents families and healthcare team members
Maintain accurate records and follow facility policies and procedures
Active CNA certification in the state of California
Passion for providing excellent patient care
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
