Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET React PostgreSQL)

Koniag IT Systems LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking experienced Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET / React / PostgreSQL) with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in College Park selected candidates will join an Agile development team responsible for modernizing mission-critical federal applications supporting records management document review FOIA workflows case management and electronic records processing. The team is developing a modern enterprise platform utilizing and PostgreSQL is an opportunity to work on a high-visibility federal modernization effort and help replace legacy systems with scalable modern Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Design develop test and maintain enterprise web applications using React and .NETDevelop RESTful APIs and backend servicesDesign and implement PostgreSQL database structures queries and data access layersParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups backlog grooming and retrospectivesCollaborate with Business Analysts Product Owners Architects Test Engineers and DevSecOps personnelDevelop and maintain automated unit integration and regression testsSupport CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automationParticipate in code reviews and contribute to software quality initiativesTroubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issuesCreate technical documentation and support system demonstrationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field or equivalent experience with High School Diploma6 years of software development experienceStrong experience developing applications using C# and .NETStrong experience developing modern user interfaces using ReactExperience with PostgreSQL Oracle or other enterprise relational databasesExperience developing REST APIs and service-oriented architecturesExperience using Git and modern source control practicesExperience working within Agile/Scrum teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsActive TS/SCI clearance requiredU.S. Citizenship requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting federal government customersExperience with Oracle DatabaseExperience with CI/CD tools and DevSecOps practicesExperience implementing role-based security modelsExperience with enterprise workflow or case management systemsExperience with document management records management FOIA or related business processesClearance Requirement:Existing TS/SC clearanceDesired Technical Skills:ReactTypeScriptC#.NET 8PostgreSQLREST APIsGitHubGitHub ActionsDockerAgile / ScrumAutomated TestingDevSecOpsOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
