- Assist pharmacists in daily operations including dispensing packaging and labeling medications in compliance with all regulations.
- Perform prepacking duties maintain accurate records and uphold quality control standards to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels perform stock audits verify expiration dates and maintain organized storage areas.
- Ensure cleanliness orderliness and functionality of the fulfillment area by performing regular cleaning tasks and assisting in the maintenance of equipment and materials.
- Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff support workflow efficiency and help maintain a clean safe and compliant work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a pharmacy technician training program
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Attention to accuracy accountability and teamwork
Fulfillment Technicians play a critical role in ensuring patients receive accurate timely and safe medications. By maintaining quality control supporting pharmacists and optimizing pharmacy operations they help ensure efficient fulfillment and exceptional patient care across the organization.
