POSITION OVERVIEW
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring products move efficiently from inventory to customer delivery. This role leads fulfillment operations inventory management production coordination and shipping activities to ensure customers receive the right products on time and with the highest level of quality.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems improving processes leading by example and taking ownership of results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end fulfillment operations including order processing production coordination and shipment execution.
Create schedule and oversee work orders and product builds.
Monitor raw materials work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory.
Coordinate picking kitting packing and shipping activities.
Ensure products are built packaged and shipped accurately and on time.
Work closely with Operations Warehouse and Logistics teams.
Maintain accurate inventory and fulfillment records.
Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency quality and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Leadership experience in logistics operations warehouse management manufacturing military operations supply chain or related fields.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience working with inventory management or warehouse management systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to accountability teamwork and continuous improvement.
