Cornerstone Brands has immediate Seasonal Team Member and Equipment Operator openings in our West Chester OH fulfillment center! This is a great opportunity to join a strong team that offers ongoing training and a collaborative performance-focused environment. Experience is welcome but not necessary!

Event Time: 10am - 2pm

Location: 5568 West Chester Road West Chester OH 45069

Starting Pay: $17/hr PLUS differential pay IF working 3rd shift.

Were offering the following schedules:

• Seasonal full-time 1st and 3rd shifts. Various fixed schedules with OT added based on business needs.

• Seasonal part-time 1st shift. Various fixed schedules with flexibility!

Where Youll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester Ohio fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What Youll Do

• Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer

• Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU color size and quantity

• Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements

• Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for referral to problem resolution

• Properly fill out profiling change forms stop signs and truck maintenance forms

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• All other duties as directed by CSI Management.

What Youll Bring

• 0-6 months experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment.

• This position requires walking standing reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• You will be available to work flexible hours such as overtime and weekends

• Team player willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the performance standards of the position
