This role is dynamic: depending on the needs of the organization it may involve both production and fulfillment work so variety is part of the job.

The Details

Shift: MondayFriday 7:00 AM3:30 PM with some weekend hours as needed

Wage: $18.00/hr starting

What Youll Do

• Work efficiently: Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets for picking packing and shipping efficiency without sacrificing quality is the standard.
• Pick with precision: Pick orders to customer specifications and review them for accuracy and quality before packaging.
• Pack and ship right: Pack orders so they reach our customers in excellent condition and ship with a focus on accuracy and cost savings.
• Keep information flowing: Communicate daily with internal and external personnel regarding pending shipments and inventory levels and report any damaged or missing product to management immediately.
• Keep us stocked: Assist in replenishment and restocking of the pick lane and take weekly inventory of processing supplies (boxes labels mailers etc.).
• Keep it clean: Promote and maintain a clean organized and safe working environment.
• Be flexible: Pitch in on other duties as assigned we win as a team.
