Leveraging its strategic acquisitions Avandra aims to aggregate and de-identify vast amounts of imaging data providing frictionless access to this invaluable resource. With a national footprint of over 5000 customer integrations and a market share of approximately 70% this robust infrastructure supports their core business ensuring continued growth and cash flow to fuel their innovative data cloud platform.

As the Fulfillment Associate you will play a key role in warehouse operations supporting inventory management orderfulfillment and shipping logistics. This position is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming stockprocessing accessories orders and ensuring timely and accurate shipment of orders.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented safety-conscious and able to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.

• Receiving & Inventory Management:
  
  • Receive and inspect incoming stock to ensure accuracy and quality.
    
  • Maintain a clean organized and efficient warehouse environment.
    
  • Brand media and shipping boxes.
    
  • Perform Inventory counts.
    
• Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
  • Unpack and prepare new equipment (Dell Rimage and Epson) for sales orders.
    
  • Pack outgoing shipments ensuring all required components and accessories are included.
    
  • Follow Rimage and Epson checklists for palletizing wrapping labeling and strapping.
    
  • Manage accessories email inbox and electronic customer communication.
    
  • Ensure accessories orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
    
• Team & Operational Support:
  • Follow and uphold warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
    
  • Safely operate a forklift and other equipment as needed.
    
  • Support team members across departments when required.
    
  • Provide backup coverage for other Fulfillment team responsibilities.
    
  • Other duties as assigned.

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• $25.00 per hour
