Position Overview:

The Front Desk Receptionistis responsible forgreeting guests managing incoming communications and supporting the RV Sales Teamsoperations through a variety of tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized personable and thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet andassistcustomers in a friendly professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area

• Provide general information and route inquiries toappropriatedepartments

• Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software

• A team player with a positive attitude personable and motivated

• Ability to multitask and adapt to various responsibilities

• Prior experience as a receptionist administrative or dealership setting is a plus (but notrequired)
