Front Desk Agent (Full Time)

S3 Hotel Group is seeking a friendly service-driven Full-Time Front Desk Agent to support operations at Hilton Garden Inn Irvine Spectrum/Lake Forest. This role serves as the face of the hotel delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth front desk operations across both properties.

• Welcome guests and efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs at both properties
• Process reservations modifications and cancellations in the system
• Handle guest inquiries concerns and requests with professionalism and urgency
• Accurately process payments room charges and transactions
• Promote and enroll guests in Hilton Honors programs
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support guest needs
• Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk area
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety security and QA standards
• Support operations across both hotels as needed (dual-property flexibility)
• Assist with guest services luggage and local recommendations

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; hotel systems experience (PEP preferred)
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance
• Flexibility to work across both properties
