Ocean Place Resort & Spa is looking for an energetic professional and hospitality-driven Front Desk Agent to join our Evening (PM) Shift Team (3:00 PM 11:00 PM). As the face of our resort during one of our busiest times of day youll play a key role in creating memorable first impressions resolving guest needs and ensuring every stay is exceptional.

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide exceptional service from arrival through departure.

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.

• Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.

• Assist guests with reservations room changes and questions about the resort and surrounding attractions.

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism while creating positive guest experiences.

• Promote hotel amenities upgrades and special offers when appropriate.

• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping Engineering Security and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Complete end-of-shift reports bucket checks and required documentation.

• Maintain brand standards while delivering personalized service.

• Previous hotel front desk experience required.

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems.

• Ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure.

• Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Reliable dependable and committed to providing outstanding guest service.

• Available to work 3:00 PM 11:00 PM including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

• Ability to bend reach twist push pull and perform general front desk duties.
