Weve created automated stakeholder maps that help reps proactively multithread across departments use conversation insights to say the right thing and run pipeline reviews in minutes. We expedite the account planning process ahead of conversations to qualify deals in half the time and improve win rates by up to 56%.

About the team

For this role were looking for amazing AI-focused engineers who also have full stack experience.

• 3 years working in full stack

• Expert in building complex frontend & backend systems (React NextJS background jobs DB architecture etc).

• Able to take undefined product thinking & independently scope execute large features optimizing for speed with attention to scale.

• Experience building complex LLM applications with proven track record of creating & optimizing RAG pipelines (chunking embedding reranking summarization).

• Based in the Bay Area excited to connect with the team in-person once every 1-2 months.

• be hyper product focused

• have built something extremely impressive at scale using LLMs.

• experience building substantial (not just small side projects) AI products from the ground up scoping implementing and delivering a product that has seen millions of users.

  • examples: agentic workflows complex chatbots etc. Their role when they join Centralize will be to spearhead our upcoming AI features.

• be an expert to level up the rest of our product engineering teams AI engineering knowledge.

• CS degree

• They must have exceptional English communication skills.

Here are examples of backgrounds that may be a fit for us:

• Did AI research in large language models in the past and transferred to a product engineering role working in AI

• Product engineers who work at companies that are almost entirely AI focused

• could be young and hungry & has worked as a founding engineer at at least one AI-startup AND built something insanely impressive (like built their technology from the ground up)

• Worked on GTM tooling & led sales calls (or been on sales calls as an Eng)
