Forklift Operator Warehouse Associate

Next Level Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates to support receiving stocking order picking shipping and inventory operations.

Work location: Candidates should be prepared to begin working in Coppell TX 75019 before transitioning to Fort Worth TX 76131 within approximately 60 days.

• Operate electric reach trucks stand-up counterbalance forklifts and electric order pickers as trained and authorized.
• Receive pick stock and ship customer materials.
• Safely load and unload freight including serialized electronics.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Complete receiving shipping and inventory transactions in warehouse management systems.
• Assist with less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping transportation management systems and bills of lading.
• Follow customer handling requirements and warehouse safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 13 years of related warehouse experience; 3 or more years preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety storage and material handling practices.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Availability to work occasional weekends.
• Ability to commute to both Coppell and Fort Worth locations.
