Location:BROCKPORT NY

Current Shifts available:

1st - 7am-3pm

OR

3rd - 11pm-7am

Mon-Fri (Overtime every other Saturday during peak season)

Pay:$20.21-22.21/hr (depending on shift)

Duration: Temp to Hire Opportunity (conversion for high performers after approximately 3 months)

Position Overview

As a Forklift Operator to support daily production operations this role requires operating an electrically powered seated forklift to move raw materials-including vegetables corrugated crates and roll stock-to the appropriate production areas. Many operators in this position will work within one of our two dumpster rooms.

You will play a key role in ensuring all materials are supplied on time to meet the daily production schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an electrically powered seated-style forklift in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
• Supply raw product corrugated packaging roll storage and other materials required to complete daily production.
• Use an RF scanner to track inventory movement and maintain accurate material records.
• Support the production team by ensuring timely and efficient material flow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate an RF scanner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
