Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results driven Production Operators to join our Building and Finishing Haines City team.
**Forklift Material Handler - Responsibilities**
- Operate forklift to load unload trucks and transport materials between departments and buildings
- Verify inbound and outbound materials (raw materials finished products supplies) against bills of lading and shipping documents; report discrepancies to supervisor
- Pull finished products from inventory assemble orders and prepare for shipment in accordance with company policy and customer requests
- Select pack and wrap products for shipment as needed
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory verifications; maintain accurate records of shortages damages and exceptions
- Perform day-to-day shipping and receiving activities to achieve On-Time-Shipping goals
- Maintain work location in excellent condition to comply with company safety and housekeeping policies
- Participate in Sika Safe program and comply with all safety standards outlined by company policy
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor and shipping team with warehouse management scanning and inventory control
- Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor and team lead
Qualifications :
**Required Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Minimum one year of forklift operation experience
- 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Ability to read write speak and comprehend English
- Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as necessary
- Working knowledge of PC systems and applications (SAP experience preferred)
