Job Title: Forensic Project Manager
Position Type: Full-Time
Location:The preferred location for this role is Malvern PA; however candidates based in Metairie LA or Marietta GA will also be considered. Remote arrangements may be available for highly qualified candidates.
Job Overview:US Forensic is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Project Manager to oversee forensic investigations from initiation through completion. This role serves as the central point of coordination between insurance companies attorneys building owners and expert investigators. The Project Manager ensures timely communication efficient project execution and the delivery of high-quality expert reports that address complex technical questions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle from assignment through final report delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients including insurance carriers attorneys and property owners
- Coordinate with expert investigators to ensure timely site inspections analysis and report completion
- Develop budget based on scope expert needed and geographic location of the inspection
- Provide proactive timely status updates to all parties involved in the claim process
- Monitor project timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records in the job management system
- Review deliverables for completeness accuracy and adherence to client expectations
- Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution
- Support the delivery of professional defensible expert reports that address technical questions clearly and effectively
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven project management experience preferably in engineering construction insurance or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
