Food Manufacturing Sanitation Operator – 3rd Shift

This is a dedicated sanitation positionno production work is performed in this role. As a Sanitation Tech youll play a critical role in ensuring our production equipment and facility are thoroughly cleaned sanitized and ready for the next days operations while maintaining the highest food safety standards.

As a Sanitation Tech you will:

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and processing areas.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for proper cleaning.
• Follow sanitation procedures and standard operating practices.
• Ensure compliance with USDA HACCP GMP and company food safety standards.
• Safely handle sanitation chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Identify and report equipment or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Support food safety initiatives throughout the facility.
• Perform additional sanitation duties as assigned.

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
• Frequently lift up to 60 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
• Push carts and lugs weighing up to 500 lbs.
• Work in wet humid hot cold and loud manufacturing environments.
• Wear all required PPE throughout the shift.
