Job Summary
Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee HM Alpha Hotels and Resorts. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.
- Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant that align with company objectives.
- Prepare manage and monitor the annual budget.
- Evaluate restaurant performance through customer satisfaction systems and financial reporting taking corrective action as needed.
- Maintain high product and service quality standards through regular evaluations and issue resolution.
- Implement and sustain sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain proactive HR practices including employee motivation training development and compliance with wage benefit and labor regulations.
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs to safeguard physical assets.
- Maintain security practices to protect restaurant assets and ensure safety of employees and guests.
- Foster effective two-way communication across all levels of staff.
- Develop and implement new initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

- Minimum 2 years as a dining room/restaurant supervisor or Manager
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Not required: Preferred: Bachelors degree in Management Business or a related field required.
