Key Responsibilities:
Supports FOIA intake scanning case file maintenance status communications recordkeeping research and analysis meeting coordination appeals support and general program support
Qualifications:
Basic FOIA knowledge; strong written/verbal communication analytical organizational clerical and customer service skills; MS Office proficiency; attention to detail; ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred: SecureRelease and Collaboration Portal experience.
Education & Experience:
Associate degree required; bachelors preferred.
1-5 years of professional experience including some FOIA experience.
