QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Desire to continue career improvement

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise students who have been assigned to the Focus Room for disciplinary reasons
Assist administration in determining student compliance with policies and input of classroom
BIST data in Google Sheets.
Ensure that all discipline related activities conform to district guidelines
Communicate effectively with all members of the school district and school community
React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
Supports the philosophy and mission of USD 250
Support the value of an education

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Requires prolonged sitting or standing.
Requires physical exertion to manually move lift carry pull or push heavy objects or
materials.
Requires stooping kneeling crawling bending turning and reaching.
