Pay Range:$21/hour
Scheduled Days: Saturday - Wednesday

The Job: Join our dynamic team! We are seeking part-time team this position you will be responsible for a variety of key janitorial duties.

The Core Duties:

• Keeping our campus sparkling!
• Dusting and mopping floors
• Moving equipment and furniture for cleaning purposes
• Provide cleaning and preventative maintenance. This includes pressure washing multiple surfaces projects for carpets tiles concrete and miscellaneous floor and hardscapes throughout campus
• Follow established practices regarding handling and disposal of classified materials and blood borne pathogens
• Respond to routine calls for any facility needs
• Washing walls windows doors furniture baseboards and other items needed to maintain a clean safe environment for our visitors and staff
• Seeking out areas that require cleaning and take initiative to complete the task
• Collecting and disposing of trash/recycling

The Essentials:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred
• Successfully complete department orientation and any pre/post-employment testing
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral )
• Ability to use a computer and communicate via email
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
• Exhibit initiative responsibility flexibility and leadership
• Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives
