Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club is seeking a Floor Supervisor. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to help lead daily front-of-house operations. This role is hands-on and guest-focused ensuring exceptional service smooth shifts and strong team communication. The ideal candidate is dependable energetic and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs or concerns promptly and professionally
Supervise front-of-house staff during service to ensure service standards are met
Support staff with table management pacing and overall floor flow
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Enforce company policies procedures and service standards
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations
Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry items as required for restaurant operations
Open availability required
Must be able to work weeknights weekends and holidays
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Standing and walking for long periods
Lifting carrying and moving items as needed during service
