Commercial Cleaning Supervisor Evenings

Office Pride of San AntonioHelotes is hiring a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to help lead our evening operations throughout the San Antonio area.

This is a working supervisor position for someone who enjoys leading people solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service. Youll spend time in the field supporting employees performing quality inspections training new team members and helping ensure every customer receives consistent high-quality service.

Must-Have Qualifications
To be considered applicants must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation.
Be available to work primarily evening and nighttime hours with occasional daytime meetings or training.
Be willing to travel between customer locations throughout the San Antonio area.
Be authorized to work in the United States and provide acceptable I-9 employment eligibility documentation.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Successfully complete a background check consistent with applicable laws and company requirements.
Be able to lift carry push and pull up to 35 pounds.
Be able to stand walk bend kneel and perform the physical duties required in commercial cleaning environments.
Be comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to access schedules inspections and company communications.
Have strong attendance be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

Schedule
Primarily evening shifts ( Wed through Sun)
Part-time opportunities based on business needs
Occasional daytime meetings training or customer visits

What Youll Do
Supervise and support commercial cleaning crews at multiple customer locations.
Perform quality inspections to ensure company and customer standards are met.
Train and mentor new employees on cleaning procedures safety practices and company expectations.
Assist with staffing needs schedule adjustments and shift coverage.
Address employee concerns professionally and provide coaching when needed.
Build positive relationships with customers and respond promptly to service requests.
Complete inspections reports and follow-up documentation using company software.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures company policies and customer requirements.
Lead by example through professionalism accountability and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous supervisory team lead or management experience.
Experience in commercial cleaning janitorial services housekeeping hospitality facilities maintenance or a related industry.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Experience training coaching or leading teams.
