Job Summary
Fleet Manager
Full-Time Salary $55000
GoodLife Innovations serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize our vehicle fleet operations. This role is critical in ensuring our vehicles are safe compliant cost-effective and fully operational to support our programs and the people we serve.

Duties Include:
- Manage the full lifecycle of fleet vehicles including procurement deliveries and maintenance
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs inspections and repairs
- Track and analyze fleet performance costs fuel usage and vehicle utilization
- Support driver training and promote safe vehicle operation practices
- Coordinate vehicle assignments and support program needs across the organization
- Manage vendor relationships (maintenance providers fuel vendors GPS systems etc.)
- Maintain accurate records (registrations insurance inspections maintenance history)
- Develop and implement an internal ride-share program that encourages staff to provide rides for persons the agency serves
Qualifications:
- Associate degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in fleet management automotive operations or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance safety regulations and compliance
- Experience with budgeting cost control and data analysis
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive Gmail)
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Valid drivers license and ability to meet insurance requirements

Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based role
- Up to 20% travel to local sites may be required
