Job Summary

Fleet Manager

Full-Time Salary $55000

GoodLife Innovations serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize our vehicle fleet operations. This role is critical in ensuring our vehicles are safe compliant cost-effective and fully operational to support our programs and the people we serve.

Duties Include:

Manage the full lifecycle of fleet vehicles including procurement deliveries and maintenance
Oversee preventive maintenance programs inspections and repairs
Track and analyze fleet performance costs fuel usage and vehicle utilization
Support driver training and promote safe vehicle operation practices
Coordinate vehicle assignments and support program needs across the organization
Manage vendor relationships (maintenance providers fuel vendors GPS systems etc.)
Maintain accurate records (registrations insurance inspections maintenance history)
Develop and implement an internal ride-share program that encourages staff to provide rides for persons the agency serves

Qualifications:

Associate degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of experience in fleet management automotive operations or similar role
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance safety regulations and compliance
Experience with budgeting cost control and data analysis
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive Gmail)
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Valid drivers license and ability to meet insurance requirements
