Working for our team you can truly make a are looking for a Finishing Lead to join our team! The Finishing Lead will manages the day-to-day activities of the Finishing departments. Assists in evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures. Recommends changes when necessary and assists in implementation of new processes. Performs all functions of management of department employees in accordance with company policies. Ensures subordinates support related initiatives for their employeesin accordance withcompany management in special projects and performs other duties as :Minimum of High School degree with some college education preferredRequires 5 plus years of progressively responsible experience including scheduling and real time operations managementStrong experience in Manufacturing Supply Chain or FulfillmentMust have Lean Manufacturing experienceDemonstrated Change Management leadership skillsExcellent strategic thinking skillsSolid ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong teamwork communication and organization skillsExceptional problem resolution and analysis skillsAttention to detail and a strong focus on safety and qualityPrior experience with cross-functional teamsMinimal travel as necessary
