Working for our team you can truly make a are looking for a Finishing Lead to join our team! The Finishing Lead will manages the day-to-day activities of the Finishing departments. Assists in evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures. Recommends changes when necessary and assists in implementation of new processes. Performs all functions of management of department employees in accordance with company policies.
