Summary of Role:
The Finance & Operations Analyst will support financial analysis reporting planning and business operations across a variety of teams and projects. This entry-level role will collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze information improve processes track performance and provide insights that support sound business decisions.
Essential Responsibilities include:
Support financial planning forecasting budgeting reporting and operational analysis activities based on the needs of the assigned team.
Analyze financial and operational data key performance indicators trends and variances; summarize findings and provide clear actionable insights.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business processes project execution resource planning controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare andmaintainreports presentations models reconciliations documentation and other analyses while ensuring accuracy consistency andtimelycompletion.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Securityrequirementsand programs.
Required Qualifications:
EducationGraduating withBachelors degreeinFinance Accounting Business Administration Economics Supply Chain Managementsor related fieldfroman accredited degree program.
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related internship or co-op experience.
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace school projects competitions etc.
Strong interest inleveragingAI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity streamline workflows and support effective decision-making.
Project management skillsi.e.the ability to innovate andexecutesolutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills attention to detail and the ability to organize and interpret financial or operational information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial systems ERP platforms data visualization tools or financial modeling is a plus.

Expected Salary Range
$50400.00 - $88200.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications experience and location.
