Amazons North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to drive financial analysis and optimization initiatives for the US Amazon Robotics Sortable (USARS) network. Key job responsibilities
The US Amazon Robotics Sortable Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to spearhead critical partnerships with Operations Supply Chain and Strategy teams. This pivotal role demands a highly analytical mind capable of driving a nationwide agenda focused on optimization efficiency and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical prowess leveraging advanced data analysis techniques to uncover actionable insights and drive substantial cost savings across multiple organizations and stakeholders.

Central to this position is the ability to translate complex financial findings into compelling narratives through exceptional writing skills. The successful candidate must demonstrate a talent for crafting clear persuasive documents that effectively communicate intricate financial concepts as this skill is crucial in influencing the strategic decisions of senior leaders.

- Bachelors degree in engineering statistics or business or Bachelors degree and 5 years of quantitative role (engineering process re-engineering quality assurance) experience
- 5 years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
- 6 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 6 years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 6 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 6 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- 5 years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
- 5 years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience

- 6 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6 years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models analysis and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g. financial savings operational improvements or customer benefits) experience
- MBA or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting budgeting and variance analysis and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
