About the InternshipWe are seeking a Summer Finance Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson TX. This paid hands-on program is designed for those who are eager to gain real-world finance experience while contributing to meaningful business the program youll gain exposure to financial planning and analysis reporting budgeting and cross-functional business partnershipswhile learning how finance drives decisions and supports teams across Brand & Marketing Commercial (Retail Wholesale E-commerce) Supply Chain and Corporate You Will Do in This RoleSupport Finance team initiatives through meaningful project work that contributes directly to business decisionsAssist with financial analysis budgeting forecasting reporting and data reconciliationLearn how financial insights drive strategy across a global organizationPartner with a dedicated mentor for guidance feedback and professional developmentParticipate in workshops lunch & learns and panel discussions focused on finance and business fundamentalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the programBring fresh ideas curiosity and a strong analytical mindset to team projectsWho You Are (Requirements)Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Analytics or a related fieldAt least 18 years old by the start of the programAvailable to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson TX (MonThurs onsite Fri remote)Strong analytical skills with attention to detailComfortable working with data numbers and financial conceptsProficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial tools or systems is a plusCurious motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced collaborative environmentWhat We OfferPaid Internship: Compensation provided for the full 10 week program (Summer 2027)Real-World Experience: Hands-on meaningful projects that support team goals and business initiatives across the organizationEmployee Discounts: Save on Fossil merchandise
