CHC is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat inspire support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of has been a critical part of Ohios efforts to treat and prevent substance use disorders since 1974.
We are currently looking for a full time Finance Generalist to work in our busy addiction treatment center Monday through Finance Generalist supports day to day financial operations of the organization including but not limited to accounting reporting and revenue cycle management.
We are currently looking for a full time Finance Generalist to work in our busy addiction treatment center Monday through Finance Generalist supports day to day financial operations of the organization including but not limited to accounting reporting and revenue cycle management.
The Finance Generalists duties include:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Assist with cash receipts deposits and payment tracking
Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent at least 1-2 years in primary care billing and finance support. Must have strong computer skills with knowledge of modern office practices procedures and equipment and be detail oriented.
