Job Summary

Analyst Travel &Expense(T&E)Job Summary:The Travel & Expense (T&E) Analystis responsible foradministering the companys travel and expense program ensuringtimelyprocessing policy compliance andan efficientemployee experience. This rolemonitorsthe expense reporting system (Concur) the corporate card program and processes/audits expense reports whileidentifyingopportunities for cost controls and process improvement. The T&E Analyst partners closely with Accounting TreasuryComplianceand colleagues across the organization. This role will also have exposure to Treasury function for the organization with cross training audit and process colleague expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance ensuringtimelyreimbursementEnforce company travel and expense policiesand escalate non-compliance as neededAct primary contact for internal correspondence concerning Corporate Card and Concur corporate card program including card issuance limits and cancellationsMonitor card transactions and ensuretimelyreconciliationInvestigate and resolve discrepancies or unauthorized chargesMonitor andmaintainexpense reporting system (e.g. SAP Concur)Configure user access approval hierarchy workflows and assigning corporate cards to colleagues within ConcurTrain employees on expense submission processes and policy guidelines and provide ongoing support and guidanceregardingallowable expenses and documentation requirementsTrack and report on T&E spend trends and key metricsIdentifycost-saving opportunities and policy improvementsSupport management reporting and audit requestsPartner with Accounting to ensure proper expense coding and accrualsAssistwith month-end close processes related to expenses and corporate cardsReconcile T&E-related accounts as neededIdentifyopportunities to streamline T&E processes and improve user experienceRecommend and implement policy or system enhancementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within finance operationsRequired Skills/Abilities:Familiarity withexpense policies compliance and internal controlsAbilitytointerpret andapplycompanytravel andexpensepoliciesconsistentlyAdaptabilityandwillingnesstolearn newsystemspolicies andtechnologiesStrongattention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communicationand customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and OutlookMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field (or equivalent experience)13 years of experience in expense processing accounts payable or related functionExperience managing corporate card programs preferredExperience with expense management systems (e.g. SAP Concur preferred) preferredExperience in a mid-size or multi-entity organization preferredFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP NetSuite) preferredEmbodies and serves as a role model ofArchWellHealths Values:Be compassionateStrive for excellenceEarn trustShow respectStay resilientAlways do the right thingAboutArchWellHealth:AtArchWellHealthwerecreating a community of caring designed to help our members stay healthy and engaged.
