Job Description:

Job Profile:

Financial Analyst or Commission Specialist with strong finance acumen
Responsible for executing the full commission cycle (monthly quarterly and annual)
Hands-on experience with commission processes including calculations and compensation logic
Proven ability to analyze and improve existing processes and drive automation initiatives
Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales Leadership
Experience with Anaplan is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Commission Approval Workflow Management:

Manage the monthly commission approval cycle within Anaplan
Coordinate multi-step approval workflows (Managers Directors VPs Sales Finance Head of Sales Finance)
Track approvals and follow up with stakeholders
Ensure commissions are fully approved before payroll submission

Monthly Commission Cycle Execution:

Execute monthly commission timelines and validation
Ensure all inputs and adjustments are captured and processed

Stakeholder Coordination:

Act as central point of contact between Sales Sales Leadership and Finance
Communicate approval status delays and escalations

Issue Management:

Identify and resolve workflow issues
Manage exception workflows via Jira

Reporting & Transparency:

Maintain reporting of approvals and cycle progress

Qualifications:

3 6 years experience in Sales Operations Finance Operations or Commission Administration
Experience managing workflows and stakeholders
Familiarity with Anaplan or similar tools
