We are seeking an experienced FIFO Chef with a strong background in high-volume bulk catering environments. You will be confident delivering quality meals to large workforces while maintaining consistency efficiency and presentation across every service. Experience working in remote sites is essential with a solid understanding of rostered operations tight service schedules and the ability to adapt in fast-paced kitchen environments. A strong focus on food safety dietary requirements and team collaboration is key alongside a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of culinary experience for all guests.
The Position
Prepare and present high-quality buffet-style meals across multiple sections ensuring consistency flavour and adherence to dietary requirements and guest expectations
Maintain a clean well-organised kitchen in line with strict food safety hygiene and HACCP standards
Work collaboratively with the culinary team remaining agile during service while delivering a seamless and elevated dining experience
The Person
Must have full working rights in Australia
Must hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
Must have a sound knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques
Must be able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
