We are seeking a highly-skilled and dedicated member to join our team as a Field Training& Compliance Manager. Educating others while leading by example are core functions of this position. The Field Training Manager embodies the company culture of Educate Train Certify Repeat by administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and serving as a mentor and resource for field personnel.

The Field Training Manageris an expert on company policy and procedures. Standard post inspections will beconducted daily and the FieldTraining Managermay assume a post in the event of an unscheduled absence. The selected candidate will maintain regular communication with officers on-shift to ensure efficient coordination and effective implementation of security measures ensuring smooth operations at all sites.

Schedule:

• Sunday 5:00PM - 5:00AM
• Monday 5:00PM - 5:00AM
• Tuesday 5:00PM - 5:00AM
• Wednesday 5:00PM - 11:00PM
• Total weekly hours 42hours (set schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate the shift operations of the security team ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed correctly.
• Train security personnel including new hires.
• Substituteposts in the event of unscheduled absences.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidentsand investigations.
• Review daily activity reports and incident reports on a daily basis.
• Receive document and escalate Security Officer questions and concerns.
• Provide ongoing documented field training for new and existing officers.
• Ensure every new officer is visited at least once per shift for the first week of their employment. Answer telephone calls take messages answer questions and provide information as needed referring and escalating issues to the appropriate resources as needed.
• Respond to and report all emergency situations during your shift.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities as required by the Company such as equipment or property damage theft or unusual occurrences.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company.
