Job Summary
MasterTech is on the search for a highly experienced Field Services Foreman/Manager based out of Phoenix AZ.
The successful Candidate will have extensive experience in mining drilling and/or construction industries. We are looking for a high technical skill set on mining and heavy equipment along with proven success leading a team of Technicians in Shop and/or Field Service environments.
The successful Candidate will have extensive experience in mining drilling and/or construction industries. We are looking for a high technical skill set on mining and heavy equipment along with proven success leading a team of Technicians in Shop and/or Field Service environments.
Compensation:
- $190000 - $200000/year salary
- 100% employer paid medical dental and vision coverage along with life and AD&D insurance.
- 401k retirement plan matching up to 6%.
- Company vehicle and fueld card
Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 6AM start time.
- Occasional travel required.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience overseeing and leading a team of Technicians.
- 5 years of experience working in mining drilling and/or construction industries.
- 5 years working as a Diesel Technician/Heavy Equipment Technician.
- Experience training apprentice level Technicians.
- Experience with inventory control coordinating with outside vendors setting efficiency targets budgeting implementing safety standards etc.
- Able to travel when needed.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
