What Youll Do

As a Field Service Technician youll maintain and repair commercial swimming pool equipment at resorts schools universities fitness centers municipalities and other aquatic facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair pumps motors filters heaters controllers and automation systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial pool equipment
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify operational issues
• Complete minor plumbing mechanical and electrical repairs
• Test evaluate and optimize water circulation and filtration systems
• Communicate findings and recommendations with facility managers and customers
• Document service work accurately using company systems
• Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and system improvements

No two days are the sameyou may replace a circulation pump at a community aquatic center in the morning and diagnose a complex filtration system at a luxury resort in the afternoon.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment solving problems and working independently.

• 2 years of experience in mechanical repair industrial maintenance field service HVAC plumbing electrical facilities maintenance or related trades
• Experience working with pumps motors filtration systems mechanical equipment or industrial machinery
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to read basic schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

Pool industry experience is not required. We provide technical training for motivated candidates.
