Job Summary
Staff Up is hiring for Aftermarket Pump System Mechanics in Dallas TX 75237
Pay Rate: $22.00HR
Hours: Expected work 50 hours per week
Responsible for providing onsite installation start-up commissioning troubleshooting repair and maintenance services for various types of pumping systems at customer sites across the continental United States. This position requires frequent travel technical expertise and a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
Travel to customer job sites for equipment startup troubleshooting service reviews and repairs.
Perform general onsite equipment installation testing commissioning and training.
Ensure field service goals are met including timely equipment startups and cost control for onsite time and materials.
Operate and maintain all necessary tools and hardware for field service calls.
Maintain and responsibly use company vehicles tools and equipment.
Adhere to company safety program and OSHA regulations along with customer onsite safety requirements.
Qualifications:
Valid Texas drivers license.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in equipment service startup repair maintenance plumbing and control systems.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Preferred experience with electrical systems and PLC programming.
Proficient with computers cell phones and software applications.
Ability to read and interpret equipment drawings process flow diagrams P&IDs electrical schematics specifications and manuals.
Preferred ability to read troubleshoot and modify PLC ladder logic.
