Field Service Tech Door Installation

Responsible for customer satisfaction troubleshooting repair and proper installation of all door systems produced by the company.

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years in construction finish carpentry or door installation
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule
• Must have PPE (steeltoe boots hard hat safety glasses gloves)
• The company uses EVerify

• Three months onthejob training

• Repair defects and report issues to management/R&D
• Perform quality control
• Train sales teams distributors and dealerships on installation and product knowledge
• Troubleshoot customer issues (phone onsite)
• Travel as needed; work overtime
• Follow all safety and PPE policies
• Read blueprints
• Complete service orders and maintain clean job sites
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Build and support customer relationships
• Identify faulty vs. customerdamaged parts
• Coordinate with distributors/dealerships on jobsite issues
• Assist production on nonservice days
• Other duties as assigned
