Field LPN

University Home Care Inc is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to conduct in-home visits in Wayne County MI. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes ensuring their health and comfort while supporting their independence.

• Perform nursing assessments and treatments during in-home visits.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Provide patient and family education regarding health management.

• Current LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience in home health nursing preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Wayne County.

• Competitive pay rate of $30.00 - $34.00 per hour paid twice a month.
