About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands-on laptop/desktop repair experience who enjoy working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Perform break-fix repairs on Dell laptops and desktops
Replace hardware components including:
- Motherboards
- LCD screens
- Hard drives
- Keyboards
- PC peripherals
Complete whole-unit swaps when necessary
Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software issues

Required Qualifications

1 years of hands-on laptop/desktop break-fix experience
Experience diagnosing Dell laptops and PCs
Experience replacing motherboards and LCD screens
Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and operating systems
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
