Your role and responsibilities:

• Design and execute promotional strategies aligned with sales objectives planning and delivering promotional activities with compelling technical content tailored to target audiences.

• Lead develop and coach the Technical Design and Promotions team fostering proactive collaboration and maintaining high levels of technical expertise.

• Ensure timely execution of all promotional initiatives while upholding quality standards and technical accuracy across communications and deliverables.

• Drive continuous improvement in promotional effectiveness and team capability through mentoring knowledge sharing and performance management.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Field Engineering Applications Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred).

• At least 7 years of prior field application or field services industry experience required (prior Electrical experience highly preferred).

• Must have technical knowledge of circuit breakers switch gears and other similar electrical ABB products.

• Strong technical skillset as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under minimal supervision within a shifting and collaborative work environment (works closely with Sales and within Engineering team).

• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
