Cloud & Citrix Engineer

• This role is responsible for designing engineering and operating the companys Citrix virtual application and desktop platforms across a hybrid infrastructure footprint that includes on prem data centers colocation facilities and public cloud

• This role focuses on advanced Citrix engineering deep integration with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and the underlying compute platforms including VMware hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and Google Compute Engine (GCE) as a cloud native hypervisor.

• Design implement and support Citrix DaaS/CVAD solutions across hybrid environments including on prem and Google Cloud.

• Engineer and support Citrix core components including Delivery Controllers StoreFront Citrix Cloud Connectors Machine Creation Services (MCS) Provisioning Services (PVS) and Workspace.

• Design configure and support NetScaler / ADC and gateway services for secure remote access load balancing traffic management and SSL/TLS.

• Deep understanding of hybrid cloud infrastructure and cloud native vs traditional hypervisor platforms.

• Hands on experience with VMware virtualization (vCenter / ESXi).

• Experience supporting or engineering hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) environments.

• Strong Google Cloud Platform experience including GCE networking IAM monitoring and logging.

Preferred Certifications:

Citrix CCP CCE-V or NetScaler Certifications
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Network Engineer
VMware VCP-DCV (or equivalent)
