POSITION DETAILS:

• Client: Male Quadriplegic

• Schedule: 13 Days per Week

• Shifts Available:

  • 7:00 A.M. 7:00 P.M.

  • 7:00 P.M. 7:00 A.M.

• Shift Length: 12 Hours

CARE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Peri-care

• Bowel Program/Training PRN

• Repositioning Every 2 Hours

• Medication Reminders

• Homemaking Duties

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Client Has a German Shepherd so Applicants Must Be Comfortable Working in a Home with a Dog.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• CNAPreferred

• Experience with Hoyer Lifts and Complex Care Strongly Recommended

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hoyer Lift Experience
• To Work Independently with Minimum Direct Supervision
• Negative Tb Skin Test
• CPR/First Aid
• Be Professional with Clean Attire
• 3 Verifiable Work References
• Have Reliable Transportation
